Remote Recruiter
Its like you have another technical recruiter on your staff, just working remotely. Have a dedicated english-native speaking virtual recruiter for your business based in the Philippines. In paying the monthly service fee, our partner will handle the training, development, setting up their office and their connection. A two week ramp up time is required.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE DETAILS
The remote recruiter service is at a per dedicate resource. The resource will be expected to work 40 hours a week and will have key targets set by the customer that is similar to the expectation with a similar role in their firm.
TIME COMMITMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY
As it takes considerable time to hire, train and resource staff, a minimum of 6 months commitment is expected from the clients and will be invoiced per month.
As this is a service there is no refund policy. However, if the client needs to replace the resource for any reason, an expectation of a 30 day notice is needeed to find, replace and train a new staff member.
The client can also terminate or not renew the agreement with a 30 day notice.
Service Partner Policy
Sentient Sourcing works with outsourced business partners to deliver the service and handles the billing and first level customer service.
